How to Get Started
1. Come to the gym! You can try 2 free classes and get to use the gym for a week. If you know you are ready to start just drop by the gym anytime between 5am to 9pm Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm Saturday, 8am to 12pm Sunday and sign up. We have employees on site during those hours and they are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
2. Decide what works best for you! CrossFit on a budget, Group Classes, or Personal Coaching.
If you are a CrossFitter on a budget but know what you are doing then you can get a basic membership and come in anytime during the hours listed above and hit up the workout of the day, mainsite WOD, or any other workout you prefer. You will have access to all the standard CrossFit Equipment.

If you want to really experience CrossFit then the group classes are the way to go! We have classes 5 times a day. Each class has coach who will take you through warm ups explain the movements and coach you through the workout.

If you want individual focus and attention, personal coaching is a great option. It is also a great way to get comfortable with the various lifts if you are new to CrossFit. Plus, some individuals just prefer one-on-one instruction over group training. It is not required that you take personal coaching before attending group classes but it is highly recommended.

3. Sign up and get fit! Make the best decision you can for your own well-being, meet new freinds, become part of our community, and have fun getting in the best shape of your life! Stop by the gym and say, "I'm ready to get started", and we'll sign you right up.
A few things about being a part of Flex:
We have full locker rooms with showers, which makes it convenient if you hit an early workout and have to go directly to work or if you are doing an afternoon class on lunch break.
As mentioned above, we are open from 5am to 9pm Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm Saturday, and 8am to 12pm Sunday. Staff is present at all times.
Our memberships are on EFT, however we don't believe in contracts. You can cancel your membership at anytime, just give us 1 week notice before payment is due and we will do it no questions asked. We do this for 3 reasons
1. We believe it is our job to keep you satisfied, if we aren't doing our job then their is no reason you should be stuck to a contract.
2. We are confident that you will have a great experience at our gym and won't want to leave.
3. Fitness is all about results, and members will gladly pay for the results we deliver so there is no reason for a contract.
We are very flexible in finding the best membership rate for you, and have 6 month or 12 month up front option to save you even more.
For competitive athletes:
Our competitive athletes love the ability to come into the gym anytime (5am to 9pm Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm Saturday, and 8am to 12pm Sunday) and work on any extra skills or strength programming, or meeting at the gym to do benchmark, hero, or mainsite WOD's together!
Additionally, we try to get new shirts designed for every CrossFit event and as our thanks to you; you get a free shirt to rock at the competition. We will also pay for half of your Sectional entry fee, and cover you for Regionals when you qualify!
