Kevin - what could I do in place of power cleans that doesn't involve my hands at all (or can be done left-hand only) ?

What a fun workout! Kicked my butt (as usual) but really enjoyed it.
Did this yesterday. I have to say wow. Time was 9'43. My clean pr is only 180 so 165 was hard.
So good to be back!
Stacy we'll get creative for you, maybe we can just tape your wrist to the bar lol. Or sub it out for squats or something :)
