    Warm Up:
    Practice handstand kick ups, hand walking, handstand  push ups for 5 min
    Band Mobility for shoulders
    Down and  back broad jumps

     

    Strength:
    Snatch 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 (power or squat whatever you are worse at)

    WOD:
    15 min AMRAP
    20 Squats 
    15 Lateral Hops (over the bar)
    10 SDHP (75/55)
    5 Burpee

    Great programming Kyle! I will hit it before the the 9:30 class. Not to mention I will be at the Winter WODFest on saturday reping Progenex come say hi. Good luck Mel, and anyone else that is competing. If you all want another comp., there is a rowing competition on the 2/4 - 2/5 in denver. Let me know
    I happen to know a bit about rowing, if you need help just ask.

    I do want say great job to all athletes at the 9:30 class. For the month I have been coaching, you all have been improving. I want to commend you all. Lida, Steph, Clair, Logan, Edith, Bill, Kimmy(Steph's niece). Great job all! If I missed anyone my apologizes
